Ayurvedic Herbal Pulling Oil

Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic morning ritual that uses herbal-infused oils to help heal oral issues such as tooth decay/cavities, recessed gums, dry mouth, mouth sores, tooth sensitivity, gingivitis and periodontitis. 
We slow-infuse our oil with Myrrh resin and a multitude of medicinal herbs that are ideal for maintaining a healthy oral biome. How to Use:
•Take 1 tbsp of oil & swish around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Be careful to not swallow any oil. Spit, brush, & follow with mouthwash.
• Best results are achieved when used daily over a long-term period.
