How To Use
  • Spray onto the bottom of your feet every day (this is the best and quickest way to absorb it), or spray your entire body paying particular attention to any sore muscle areas. Let air dry for best results.
  • For headaches/migraines: Spray Magnesium Magic onto your palm, then rub onto your forehead, temples and back of your neck. Do not spray directly onto your face. Avoid your eyes & mouth.
  • For stomach aches/intestinal upset/constipation: spray onto your lower stomach area.
  • For children: Apply 1-2 sprays to the bottom of each foot to encourage a more restful sleep.

Please note: It is normal to feel a slight tingle or stinging sensation upon your first few applications. This sensation can indicate low levels of magnesium, and/or a magnesium deficiency. This sensation can also occur since magnesium is a muscle relaxer causing vasodilation. This can also happen if your skin is dry or broken. Our Magnesium Oil is for external use only, it is not an oral supplement. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, open wounds, genitalia, or freshly shaved skin. If prolonged irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
