Grass-fed Tallow Balm

This indulgent, nourishing whipped tallow balm is ultra-moisturizing and oh so versatile: use it as a deeply moisturizing face cream, a treatment for softening dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels, apply it as an overnight lip mask, and can even be used as a deep conditioning pre-wash treatment for the ends of your hair. Like all of our products, Whipped Tallow Balm is extremely gentle- it's our favorite product to use on our baby's precious skin. It works for all skin types and is ideal for those with sensitive skin or skin issues who need to avoid added ingredients.

WE DO NOT WHIP OUR TALLOW BALM because we want to avoid excess air being whipped into the final product. Most whipped balms contain up to 50% air, and although we enjoy the fluffy texture as much as the next person, oxidation occurs a lot faster when so much air is introduced into a product - this means it won't stay fresh for long - and you are essentially paying for a jar that is half full of air. We use a paddle on low gently 'whip' our tallow, creating a deliciously smooth, butter-like consistency with minimal air.

How To Use:

• Apply to your skin whenever needed, ideally when still damp skin after a bath or shower to lock in moisture.
• If using as a diaper balm, apply to baby's clean, dry skin in-between diaper changes.
• If using as a hair conditioning treatment, apply to dry hair for an hour (or even overnight) and then shampoo thoroughly.
