For sleep: apply 1 dropper full each to your neck, back, calves, & feet to encourage a more restful sleep.
For tension, aches & pains: apply 2 dropper fulls to muscles, joints, or anywhere on your body that needs a little extra attention.
For nails: apply 1 drop to each nail bed and massage in to strengthen nails.
For hair & scalp: apply a few drops along your part or desired areas & massage in. Rinse or shampoo after 30 minutes.
For headaches/migraines: Apply one dropper full onto your palm, then rub onto your forehead, temples and back of your neck.
For stomach aches/intestinal upset/constipation: Apply 2-4 dropper fulls onto your lower stomach area & rub in.

This sensation can also occur since magnesium is a muscle relaxer causing vasodilation. This can also happen if your skin is dry or broken. Our Magnesium Oil is for external use only, it is not an oral supplement. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, open wounds, genitalia, or freshly shaved skin. If prolonged irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
